These Terms govern access to the public Tervix website operated by Tervix, Inc. By using the site, you agree to them.

Current site scope

The public site is informational. It does not provide user accounts, paid plans, file uploads, or automated comic generation. Any future paid or account-based service will be offered under terms presented at the time of purchase or registration.

Permitted use

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content or security controls.

Intellectual property

Site materials are owned by Tervix, Inc. or used with permission. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted without written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Tervix disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use.

Governing law

Delaware law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
